Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line two large baking trays with baking paper.
Mince the onion and chop the parsley.
Measure out all the ingredients.
Preparation
Place all topping ingredients, except tahini, pine nuts, and lemon juice, in a large bowl. Mix well with your hands and refrigerate.
Spread 1/2 T tahini onto each pizza base (see Lahmacun dough recipe). Divide beef topping between bases and spread lightly and evenly so it covers the whole base. Scatter the pine nuts and place in the oven for 12 minutes, or until just cooked.
Serve and enjoy!
Remove from the oven, spoon the Lahmacun Salad Topping on top and finish with a drizzle of lemon juice.
