Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 Grapefruits
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 C nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla , extract

Directions

Mise En Place

  • Wash and Dry fruits.
  • Peel the bananas, oranges, and the grapefruit.

Prepare Recipe

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

Serve

  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
