Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp sunflower seeds (raw)
  • 5 Tbsp pumpkin seeds (raw)
  • 5 Tbsp edamame (plain)
  • 5 Tbsp pomegranate
  • 5 Tbsp peas
  • 5 Tbsp snap peas

Directions

Mise en place

  • Gather and measure out all the seeds.
  • Wash and dry edamame, peas, and snap peas.
  • Prepare seeds if necessary.

Prepare

  • Measure out 1 T of each seed per student and serve.

Serve

  • Have students taste each seed and decide which they prefer and why they prefer that seed.
