Healthy and Quick Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 2 C nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 C banana
  • 1 C strawberries
  • 1 C pineapple
  • 1 C blueberries

Directions

Mise en place

  • In a small bowl, combine yogurt and honey. Set aside a little for topping.
  • Spoon half of the remaining yogurt mixture into four parfait cups.
  • Slice the bananas and strawberries.
  • Dice the pineapple.

Combine ingredients

  • Layer with half of the sliced banana, sliced strawberries, diced pineapple OR blueberries.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Top each parfait with reserved yogurt mixture and a drop of honey.

Serve!

  • Keep in the refrigerator until serving.
