Ingredients

  • 4 bananas, ripe
  • ½ cup blueberries, optional topping
  • 1 T unsweetened shredded coconut, optional topping
  • ½ cup strawberries, optional topping
  • 1-2 t cinnamon, optional topping

Directions

Mise en Place

  • Peel bananas and break them into small chunks.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours on a plate or in a plastic bag.

Place frozen bananas into a food processor or blender and blend, scraping down the sides periodically. If you would like creamier ice cream add milk, almond milk, or water at this point. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve in a bowl and top with desired toppings, see topping ideas.
