Pineapple Basil Cremolada

Ingredients

  • 2 C pineapple, frozen (or other pulpy fruit)
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 C water, cold
  • 2 Tbsp basil, roughly chopped

Directions

Mise en place

  • Measure out all the ingredients.
  • Wash and dry basil.
  • Roughly chop the basil.

Prepare

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, about the consistency of a frozen slush. Add more water if necessary

Serve cold and enjoy!
