Ingredients

  • 1/4 C lemon juice
  • 1/2 C tahini
  • 1/4 C water
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mise en place

  • Measure out all the ingredients.

Prepare

  • Mix lemon juice and sesame paste.
  • Mix well and loosen the thickness to preference by gradually adding ¼ cup water.
  • Add in the rest of the spices and mix well.

Serve

  • Serve and enjoy!
