Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, seedless
  • 1 C cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp dill
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mise en Place

  • Wash and dry cucumber, tomatoes, and dill
  • Peel and thinly slice cucumber
  • Cut tomatoes in halves
  • Tear the dill and mince the garlic

Prepare the Dough

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl
  • If time allows, let stand for 1 hour or you can serve immediately

  • Serve and enjoy!
