Ingredients

  • 1-15 oz Can cannellini beans
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Mise En Place

  • Measure out ingredients, mince garlic, and mash cannellini beans with masher.

Prepare

  • Mix together beans, olive oil, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, salt and pepper until combined

Serve and enjoy

  • Serve with veggies or crackers
