Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dates, pitted
  • 2 avocados, pitted and peeled
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla, pure extract

Directions

Soak dates in water for 2-3 hours, then drain.

Combine avocados, banana, cocoa powder, dates, and vanilla in a food processor and purée until smooth, scraping down sides of food processor bowl as needed.

Transfer to a bowl or individual serving bowls and refrigerate several hours and up to 3 days before serving.

Serve it cool and enjoy!
