Ingredients
- 1/2 C apples
- 1/2 C quick oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 C low-fat milk or non-fat milk
- 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds (raw)
Directions
Mise en place
- Wash and dry the apple.
- Thinly slice the apple.
- Measure out the ingredients.
Prepare
- Combine oats, cinnamon, and milk in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 ½ to 2 minutes.
Serve
- Top with apple slices, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
