Fall Harvest Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C apples
  • 1/2 C quick oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 C low-fat milk or non-fat milk
  • 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds (raw)

Directions

Mise en place

  • Wash and dry the apple.
  • Thinly slice the apple.
  • Measure out the ingredients.

Prepare

  • Combine oats, cinnamon, and milk in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 ½ to 2 minutes.

Serve

  • Top with apple slices, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
