Measure out all ingredients. Wash and dry green beans if using fresh. Mince the garlic and set aside. Prepare the recipe
Combine the sauce ingredients – soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and honey – in a separate bowl. Place a large sauté pan on a high heat burner. Once the pan is hot, carefully add the olive oil. Being very careful, add spinach and green beans. Sauté the green beans and spinach until bright green. Mix in the sauce and garlic. Simmer for 2 minutes or just until thickened. Check for seasoning. Serve
