Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4-1 cup water

Directions

In a medium bowl, add flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until combined.

In a separate bowl, mix oil and water together.

Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients.

Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the well and mix just until the dough forms.

Knead the dough on a flat surface briefly and form it into a ball.

Divide the dough into 12 pieces and form each piece into a small ball.

With a rolling pin, roll each small ball into a flat circle as thin as you like.

Cook in a hot skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
