Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash and dry jalapeno. Peel and mince the garlic. Seed and mince the jalapeño. Quarter the limes. Measure out the ingredients. Prepare
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, jalapeño, thyme, chili powder, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, black pepper, salt and olive oil to form a paste. Place the tilapia fillet on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Spread each fillet with an equal amount of the paste mixture. Bake the fillets until just cooked through, about 7 minutes. Quarter the limes and squeeze fresh lime juice on each fillet. Serve and enjoy!
