Place the flours, milk powder, salt, yeast and sugar in a large mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
In a separate bowl, whisk egg, water, and oil. Make a well in the center of the flours and add the oil and egg mixture. Mix into a dough.
When the dough comes together, lightly knead for 3 minutes, or until smooth, elastic and uniform.
Keep or place the dough in the bowl and lightly spray with olive oil, cover with plastic wrap and stand somewhere warm for 30 minutes until the dough is almost doubled.
Serve and enjoy!
