Layered Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp black olives or green olives
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp lime
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 C cucumber
  • 1 C tomato
  • 1/2 C cheddar cheese
  • 15 oz can refried beans or pinto beans

Directions

Mise En Place

  • Wash and dry cilantro, cucumber, and tomato.
  • Dice tomato, avocado, and slice olives.

Preparation

  • Layer ingredients on a plate or in a bowl, starting with beans on the bottom.
  • Add cheese, then vegetables on top. Finish with lime juice and cilantro.

Serve and enjoy!
