Ingredients

  • 2 C frozen diced mango
  • 2 C nonfat plain yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom, or other desired spice (optional)

Directions

Mise en place

  • Measure out all ingredients

Prepare

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add a little water if necessary to thin the Lassi out.

Serve and enjoy!

Chef’s Tip: Feel free to substitute the mango with bananas or other fruit.
