Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Nut Butter or seed butter
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds

Directions

Mise En Place

  • Measure out all the ingredients.

Prepare the recipe

  • In a bowl mix together nut butter or seed butter, honey, cinnamon, and oats.
  • Place mixture into an 8 x 8 baking dish
  • If desired, add toppings such as nuts, seeds, or dried fruit!
  • Place in refrigerator for 1 hour
  • Slice into bars and enjoy!

*Note: nut butter could be replaced with soaked dates.
