- 1 14-oz can Corn
- 2 limes
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Mise en Place
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Drain and rinse corn
- Cut limes into wedges
- Chop cilantro
Prepare the Corn
- In a medium bowl, add oil, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined
- Mix in the corn
Roast the Corn
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the corn begins to caramelize
Serve
- Garnish with cilantro
- Serve with lime wedges
