Roasted Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 14-oz can Corn
  • 2 limes
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mise en Place

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  • Drain and rinse corn
  • Cut limes into wedges
  • Chop cilantro

Prepare the Corn

  • In a medium bowl, add oil, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined
  • Mix in the corn

Roast the Corn

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the corn begins to caramelize

Serve

  • Garnish with cilantro
  • Serve with lime wedges
  • Enjoy!
