  • 1 C grapes, stems removed
  • 1/2 C water
  • 1/2 C ice cubes
  • 2 C spinach, packed
  • 1/2 banana, peeled
  • 1/2 C pineapple, chunks

Directions

  • Thoroughly wash fresh produce
  • Measure ingredients

Blend Ingredients

  • Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor in the order listed and secure lid.
  • Turn on and slowly increase speed to high.
  • Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
