Ingredients
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch basil
- 1/2 C mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mise en place
- Wash and dry produce.
- Using a plastic or metal spoon, scoop out the guts from the tomatoes.
- Tear up the basil leaves into small pieces.
- Grate mozzarella.
- Measure out ingredients.
Prepare
- In a small bowl, combine the cheese, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Serve
- Fill the empty tomatoes with the cheese mixture. Enjoy!
