
Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp dill, fresh
- 1 C greek yogurt, non fat, plain
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Mise en Place
- Plank, slice, and dice the cucumber into very small pieces
- Peel the garlic. Mince the garlic and dill
Prepare the Dip
- In a bowl add the yogurt, cucumber, dill, garlic, and lemon juice
- Mix to combine
- Taste and season with salt and pepper
Serve
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use
- Can be used as a sauce for gyros or as a dip or salad dressing
- Serve and enjoy!
