Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes

Directions

Mise en Place

  • Wash and dry vegetables
  • Break up broccoli into small pieces
  • Slice cucumbers

Make the Skewers

  • Alternate vegetables on skewers, putting at least one piece of each vegetable on a skewer

Serve

  • Serve and enjoy!
