Ingredients

  • 2 C grapefruit
  • 1 C cucumber
  • 2 C watermelon
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

Mise en Place

  • Wash and dry grapefruit, cucumber, and watermelon
  • Peel and dice grapefruit and cucumber
  • Chop watermelon into 1 inch cubes
  • Chop mint into small pieces

Prepare the Salad

  • In a large bowl, mix together watermelon, grapefruit, cucumber, and mint
  • Add vinegar, honey, and olive oil
  • Mix until all ingredients are coated

Serve

  • Serve and enjoy!
