Ingredients
- 1 C whole wheat Israeli couscous
- 1 1/4 C water
- 1/2 tsp salt

- Measure out couscous, water, and salt
Cook Couscous
- In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt once boiling (optional)
- Stir in couscous, cover, and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes
- Fluff couscous lightly with fork before serving
